Practice Areas: Mr. Robinson's practice is concentrated in civil litigation, including real estate, environmental, business and consumer protection litigation. Mr. Robinson maintains an active trial practice and enjoys Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory's high "BV" rating for lawyers reflecting exemplary professional expertise, experience, and stature.
Admitted: After graduating from law school in 2005, Mr. Robinson was admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all other Kansas courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Law School: Mr. Robinson received his Juris Doctor degree with honors in 2005 from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. While attending law school, he wrote for the Washburn Law Journal and served as a Comments Editor. He also earned a certificate in Natural Resources Law.
College: Graduated magna cum laude from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001.
Member: Mr. Robinson is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Kansas Association for Justice, and serves as the Consumer Law Editor for the KsAJ Journal. He is also a governor-appointed member of the Kansas Home Inspectors Registration Board.
