Practice Areas: Mr. Robinson’s primary emphasis is civil litigation, including real estate,
environmental, construction, business, consumer protection, and fraud cases. Mr. Robinson has
an active trial practice and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials, bench trials,
and arbitrations throughout Kansas. As a car enthusiast, Mr. Robinson represents clients in
litigation involving high-value classic and collector automobiles. Mr. Robinson also represents a
select group of businesses in day-to-day matters.
Admitted: Mr. Robinson is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all other
Kansas courts, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States
Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Education: In 2001, Mr. Robinson graduated magna cum laude from Wichita State University
with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2005, he graduated with honors from Washburn University
School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and a Natural Resources Law certificate. He was also
an editor for the Washburn Law Journal. In 2006, he completed the Kansas Supreme Court
training for civil mediators.
Membership and Ratings: Mr. Robinson is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, the
Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Association for Justice, and the American Association for
Justice. He serves as the Consumer Law Editor for the Journal of the Kansas Association for
Justice. From 2008 to 2012, he was a governor-appointed member of the Kansas Home
Inspectors Registration Board. Mr. Robinson has a high “BV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell
Law Directory for exemplary professional expertise, experience and stature.
